Casa Del Cheese means ‘House Of Cheese’ in Italian. All the cheese are free of preservatives, chemicals or emulsifiers (which are normally used in processed cheeses, to increase their shelf life and also be able to make uniform exact cheese). Our cheeses are handmade, thus they may vary marginally in appearance and texture each time you buy the cheese. Keeping this in mind the logo is designed to bring in the organic feel to the design with the elements and colours used.
